The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was just a short walk from lovely local cafes, and I appreciated the clean, newly renovated room. The location was quiet yet central was nice.

Wifi was a bit slow.

The location could not be better, just steps away from the vibrant local market and easily accessible bus routes. I found the staff accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. I loved how they helped me arrange a trip to see the turtles and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. There are great spots to unwind, like the cozy terrace and the newly updated lounge area. The bathroom setup was a bit traditional, which caused a little splash around, but didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

I stayed in a Small Double Room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and everything was clean. The room was a bit small but cozy. I liked that it was quiet, so I could rest well after exploring Sur. The manager gave me great tips on where to eat. Just keep in mind that if you prefer more space, this one might feel tight for some.
